All products sold on our site are custom made and are, therefore, not returnable. Our awnings and shades are extremely large and heavy and shipping them is very expensive. Please be confident in your purchase prior to ordering. If you are unsure of your purchase, we encourage you to support your local awning or shade retailer.
If we approve a return request, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the cost of freight to ship to our warehouse. We will issue you a Return Authorization # and different return shipping address if approved.
If your order arrives damaged we will replace it immediately and we will cover the cost of shipping your damaged awning back to our warehouse.
